The Houston International Sports Film Festival Screenwriting Championship accepts shorts, pilots and feature screenplays that involve any sports setting, athlete or competitive event and works to drive more attention to sports stories in Hollywood by recognizing the unsung writers of these inspiring scripts.

Writer Eligibility Requirements

| International Submissions | International submissions are accepted. However, the material submitted must be in English (occasional dialogue in other languages is acceptable, if subtitle translation is provided). |
